Art Show

We had a fantastic show, and sales were up 40% year-over-year. We had nearly 4000 visits from over 1000 distinct visitors. We had 1644 for-sale and 122 not-for-sale pieces in the Art Show, and 928 copies of 199 images in the Print Shop, on 112.5 panels and 34 tables. Of these, we sold 466 Art Show pieces and 297 prints to 380 buyers for a total of $31,401 plus tax. Out of 78 artists with work for sale, 73 sold work. Sales per panel ranged from $0 to $1080 with a median of $158.75 and an average of $214.34. For mail-in artists specifically, sales per panel ranged from $80 to $557.67 with a median of $218 and an average of $213.59. Art show sold piece prices ranged from $3 to $775 with a median of $32 and an average of $58.00. Print shop sold piece prices ranged from $1 to $60 with a median of $12 and an average of $14.72.

Artist checks were mailed on February 16.

Located in the Harbor Ballroom upstairs on the east side of the hotel, Arisia's Art Show featured the work of our Artist Guest Johnna Klukas and scores of other artists in media from Acrylic and Bronze to Watercolor and Wood and everything in between. Most works were for sale by silent auction or Quicksale or both. More information, including sales statistics, are available for the 2015 Art Show.
